Enthusiastic and good communicator

Jay communicated very well and kept me up to date with all potential buyers and strategies. He also went out of his way to do some minor maintenance tasks for the house, that you would not normally expect from a real estate agent. Even though I didn't get the price I was hoping for, it wasn't from lack of enthusiasm and professionalism from Jay and the team.
