(2) once I contacted Jay 6 months prior to marketing the property during a period when I was doing renovations he started to set out a plan verbally to me Of how and when and the strategies he was going to implement to market my Property (3) From that time on Jay and his team visited the property numerous times to give advice on what they saw should be done to give the Property the edge of others in the area that were up for sale. (4) For example: The question arose are you going to do landscaping and gardening work and I said yes and so they went about finding me landscapers that quote to me to do the job and the result of the landscaping was not just good but exceeded my expectations (Australis Landscaping) (5)3 to 4 weeks prior to opening, final inspections were done by Jay and his team For final suggestions On work that may need to be done. (6) I lost count on the amount of times that Jay would drop what he was doing just to meet me over at my property To discuss further works that could help with the sale. (7) During the marketing, a very large number of people were attracted to view the property which is a consequence of Jay and his team (8) On the day of the auction, it seemed as the street was full on Lookers, and bidders and Jay filled me out on everyone that looked likely to bid And their background and why they wanted the property. (9) On the day of the auction, the property sold For over $200,000 above there is what was expected (10) In All one could not expect any better care and service and I would thoroughly recommend Harris Tripp To anyone who Was planning to sell.

I interviewed 5 agents before choosing Jay. the final two were very close, but Jay was near to the property, the only one who had obviously don some pre-work and came with information that i could peruse before our first meeting.
