Although Jay and his team do not usually sell property in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Jay had a great understanding of the market there and was always confident of achieving a sale at a good price that would be acceptable to me. He developed a detailed fully costed marketing plan in consultation with me and always sought my my opinion and approval to any changes to that plan.
