I have been impressed with Jay from day one of my house sale. His introduction was very reassuring and he made no wild promises as to prices. I felt very comfortable with him and that we were on the same page, expectation wise. He kept me fully informed during the campaign with reports of OFIs and regular phone calls. On auction day he was very realistic and reassuring and conducted the auction as professionally as I had expected. We were both delighted with the result and he has continued to follow up through to settlement. I have no hesitation in recommending Jay if you want a top salesman in this area.
If you want a young go getter who has grown up in the industry and is determined to our do his competitors, Jay and his team are for you. Exceeded our expectations with the results achieved on our home. Definitely worth the punt taking on Jay team who were outside our catchment area.
Jay handled the sale of our property effortlessly. We settled before auction due to his tireless pursuit of a sale that would meet our expectations, feeling confident achieved the best deal we could. Given the number of competing properties on the market, this wasn't an easy task. We engaged Jay early and he met us on site very quickly. He talked us clearly through the process, providing some great up-front advice. This was critical given we were renovating the house and didn't want to over-capitalise. Jay was always eager to respond to texts and phone calls, and provided timely updates regarding interested parties. As we were selling from interstate, it was important that we had someone to rely on to look after all aspects of the property and its sale, and feel we could ask any questions concerning fluctuating market trends.
