Professionally dealt with our needs

Although Jay is the listing agent, we didn't actually have any contact until a week or so before settlement when everything was basically done. That wasn't an issue though as Anrie the Contracts Administrator was incredible and ensured the transaction went as smoothly as possible. We really can't praise Anrie any higher, so thank you to Anrie for all your hard work. The contact we did have with Jay was all very positive it was just limited because we dealt more with his team, not with him direct :) Overall so far we have only positive things to say about team Jay.

Never received thankyou gift as discussed. Delivery of gift voucher handed at front door (rushed) by an angry woman with kids in her car. Not Jay. Handed back as do not go out to the Rose hotel for food or drinks at all. Jay was going to change it . Never did. For sale sign left at house for many weeks. We had to take it off front lawn ourselves.

Without doubt him and his minions are the epitome of the slimy salesperson, full of promises, will say whatever they can to get your signature on the paperwork, making up all sorts of things to say, then deny even saying anything later. The only thing that saved the sale was the owner did the decent thing and helped to rectify one of the issues. Will never ever deal with this company or agent again and have shared my disgusting experience with countless people already. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING WHEN DEALING WITH THESE ROGUES!
