Well I had to show the buyers through the house as Jay didn’t come down to show them through himself, so I basically did his job for him & he is still getting paid his $20k commission fee for doing nothing.

Jay was extremely patient & proactive with this highly sensitive sale and dealt well with the difficulties that arose. Can highly recommend him for any sale with antagonist parties.
