Our property sold fairly quickly and went through settlement fairly smoothly. I did have some issues with the electronic document system the business used as it had to be resent 3 times before I could correct do the electronic signature. I was also surprised they wanted to use photos from 10 yrs ago rather than do new ones (maybe this was to make it easier as we had a Tennant in the property) . But the property did sell quickly and we got what we wanted so Jay did a great job.
Jay and his team were a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process of purchasing a house uncomplicated and simple. Especially how my wife and I reside in the North West thanks Jay.
