The house hadn’t even been put up on there website, before we had an offer on it. They were respectful of what we were going through at the time. Always let us know what was happening or about to happen. My family are very happy with all aspects of the relationship between us and Jay and his team. We raised this many times but never got a response from your agency. When we initially viewed the property the agent advised that all the paddocks would be cut a few days later. The owner advises that he never made that commitment But we made an offer based on what we saw was a commitment. So we are buying the property with the paddocks all overgrown and very untidy
