We dealt with Josh Milordis for the purchase of 16 Ducane Rd and it was a pleasure to deal with him. He was knowledgeable about the block and gave us information upfront without being asked. He was considerate and allowed us a time to look thru at our leisure. He even organised with the previous owners a second viewing were our family could attend. I had previously had a bad experience with another agent and my house had sat on the market for 2 years with no movement. When I switched over to Bar and Standley Jay and I developed a strategy based primarily on Jays extensive knowledge of the Bunbury realestate market and a modern and dynamic marketing system. Jay and his team worked hard on this with home open's every weekend and the house sold within a few months. The settlement process became complicated and Jay's team really did a good job to address all the issues and deliver a positive outcome. I am very happy to have done business with Jay and I highly recommend using the Bar and Standley team to sell your house. I only regret that I hadn't found them sooner rather than wasting time with the other agency.

Would I recommend Jay? Simple answer Defiantely Yes :) How refreshing to deal with someone of Jays caliber, industry knowledge and friendliness. All to often customer service is put on the back burner, not with Jay and his team who in all honesty are genuinely lovely to deal with. Personally I couldn't recommend them enough, If I ever buy or sell again I will only be dealing with Jay.

We dealt with Shane Atherton who is a really lovely guy. He was great to deal with and we would highly recommend him to others. We thought the particular property we bought seemed to be under-advertised (never saw it in any local papers) but this could've worked to our advantage, as it was still on the market when we were ready to buy two something years later :)

Diligent, resourceful,good knowledge of local real estate conditions and excellent communication skills in keeping us up to date with all activities associated with the sale.

Jay puts a lot of effort into getting you signed (minimum 6 months, make sure there is a date on the form when you sign if you want it for 3) then disappears. We had two offers on our house and once an offer was made the harassment started. Jay won't listen when you tell him an offer is too low and you can't accept it. He will contintie to ring, tell you you probably won't be able to get more, won't listen, won't let you get off the phone (even when you're at work and can't actually talk). It got so bad I stopped taking calls and made him ring my husband. We ended up accepting the second offer just because I couldn't deal with the harassment anymore! We had some issues with settlement and through out the process their whole team appeared to work with/for the buyer. Even during the final inspection the barrr and Stanley representive was only trying to keep the buyer happy and very stand offish with us - we were the ones who employed them and paid the fee!

Barr and Standley sold my property and as agreed gave me a price that would sell not a price that I may have wanted to hear. I do not like the fact they pushed me into using a professional photographer who was not up to the job. Photo's were poor, some got lost and their choice of opening photo for my property was laughable. This however is not Barr and Standleys fault exactly. Contact was great and all the staff at Barr and Standley I cannot fault.

Jay has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. We were kept informed throughout the sale of our rental property either by jay or the staff at Barr & standley. We were very please with the professional service we received.

As a property purchase that was conducted out of area the process went smoothly and as expected. There was no fuss or issues with process
