We struggled to review Jay as we had no interactions or work with him. We can highly recommend Jay's personal assistant Leila who was efficient and had great communication skills. Shane Atherton was also friendly, informative and assisted us a lot with viewings.

We have found that Jay operated with integrity - he did the right thing even when no one was necessarily looking. We could trust him. Even in tough economic times, Jay never gave up on selling our house and did the best he could for us.

We were left with a very bitter taste in the mouth. We feel cheated and bullied. Would we use him again? No. Would we recommend him? No.
