Right from the beginning jai was persistent and eager to get the job for the sale, I was hesitant at first due to he was new to the industry but he swayed me with his constant contact, research on the areas property market, advertising tactics before he even had the job and he was not afraid to chase a price easily 20k above other agents recommendations. as soon as jai got the job he put in the hard yards to get things moving while keeping me updated every step of the way, within a week the house was on the market. The house lasted 12 days on the market with only 1 open house viewing and reaching within the asking price range which other agents said was not possible.through out the whole process jai and his family were there to help and make the process like a walk in the park as if he had been doing it for years.
