We recently purchased a property through Quy, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Her market knowledge is outstanding—she understands the area, the trends, and the nuances that truly matter when making such a big decision. Quy’s professionalism stood out at every stage. She was organised, transparent, and consistently approachable, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well‑managed. What impressed us most was her communication. Quy was always prompt, clear, and proactive in keeping us updated. No question ever felt too small, and she ensured we felt informed and supported throughout the entire journey. We’re incredibly grateful for her guidance and would not hesitate to recommend Quy to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is truly an outstanding agent.

We felt very confident with Q Realty from our first phone call right up until settlement day. 5 Star service, thanks again.

Quy was refreshingly straightforward and communicative. She was easy to deal with and got things done. She has a wide network of contacts and customers.

We just sold our home with Natalie and Owen and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Natalie was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, always keeping us informed and making everything feel smooth and stress-free. Together with Owen, they make a fantastic team. They worked seamlessly, complemented each other really well, and gave us great confidence that we were in the right hands from day one. Natalie’s market knowledge, hard work and attention to detail really stood out, and her guidance played a big part in achieving a great result for our sale. We would highly recommend Natalie and Owen to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I'm very grateful to Natalie for her extensive help with the pre-sale preparations, which allowed me to prepare with ease and respond positively to customer needs. Highly recommended!

Natalie is a very gentle and understanding person, especially given the significant decision we were making to sell our family home of 33 years. She listened, empathised, and supported us through the styling, listing, and eventual sale. Our family home sold in less than one week, and we felt well supported throughout the entire process. Natalie made herself available at all times to answer our questions and always made us feel valued and respected. We are highly recommend Owen, Natalie and the team.

Selling our property in Lakewood Estate with Owen Chen and Natalie from Place Sunnybank was an outstanding experience, and we couldn’t be happier with the result - a record sale price at auction. While we were thrilled for ourselves, we were equally pleased for Owen, Natalie, and their entire team in achieving such an exceptional outcome. From the very beginning, they were not only highly professional but also incredibly warm and genuine. They quickly made us feel like part of their extended family, which made the entire journey both comfortable and enjoyable. We interviewed five agents, and Owen and Natalie stood head and shoulders above the rest. Choosing them was an easy decision. We were working to a very tight timeline, with only 17 days to prepare for our first open home. At times, it felt overwhelming, but Owen and Natalie provided a clear, detailed plan and supported us every step of the way. They are hardworking, dedicated, and always available; consistently providing guidance, answering questions, and keeping us informed with clear and prompt communication throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail in marketing and presentation was exceptional. From styling to photography, our home was showcased beautifully and with a real sense of prestige. What stood out most was how collaborative they were—they genuinely listened, sought our input, and made us feel like part of the team. Owen’s deep knowledge of the estate and local area was evident from day one. He knew exactly how to position and market our property to achieve the best possible outcome. His negotiation skills are outstanding, and his strong buyer network resulted in excellent interest and record attendance at our opens. Selling a home can be both stressful and emotional, so it’s important to have an agent who is knowledgeable, skilled, dedicated, and proven. In all honesty, we highly recommend Owen, Natalie, and the entire Place Sunnybank team.

Many thanks to Owen’s team for helping me sell at a reasonable price, and also for their many suggestions and assistance.
