Jaya and her team looked after me from the beginning, they helped me throughout the process, kept me well informed of all options, it was a bit tricky project but they managed it extremely smoothly. Highly recommended.
I worked with Jaya on a purchase in Kurunjang, Victoria and had a great experience from start to finish. She was super easy to deal with, kept communication clear and simple, and we ended up with a win-win outcome. I would highly recommend Jaya to anyone looking for an experienced and easy going real estate professional.

Excellent customer service by Jaya, I would highly recommend agent if you are looking to buy or sell any property. thanks again Jaya Ma'am.
We recently sold our first property, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. As first-time sellers, we were naturally a bit apprehensive about choosing the right real estate agency, especially with so many options in the market. That’s when we came across Jaya Kapoor from The ARC7 Real Estate – and right from the first interaction, we were thoroughly impressed. Jaya’s in-depth knowledge of the local market, pricing trends, and client base gave us the confidence we needed to move forward. Incredibly, it took her less than two weeks to secure a buyer for our property – and at a price higher than our expectations. The negotiation process was smooth, transparent, and handled with great professionalism. The real highlight for us was the settlement process. Everything was well-prepared in advance – paperwork, documentation, and communication. We were kept in the loop throughout with regular updates via email, and the settlement occurred exactly as scheduled. What stood out the most was Jaya’s professionalism and prompt communication. She made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless. A big thank you to Jaya Kapoor and Rajat Kapoor for handling everything so seamlessly. We’re already planning to work with Jaya again for our next investment property. Final word of advice – don’t just go for the big names in real estate. Go with someone who truly understands the local market and puts your needs first. Jaya Kapoor is that person.
From get go, Jaya and Team has been fabulous and fantastic in dealing. They had rented out my new property. I had a real estate friend who I had given the property to sell but unfortunately he didn't sell or campaign it right. The minute I moved to Jaya, the process was seamless and quick and results within 3 weeks. Highly recommend the Team at Ark7
I recently had the opportunity to work with Jaya on the purchase of an investment property in Brookfield, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the service provided by Jaya and the entire team throughout the home buying process. Although purchasing a home can be overwhelming, their team made it smooth and stress-free every step of the way. From our very first conversation to the closing, Jaya demonstrated professionalism and deep knowledge of the local market. I truly felt like a priority the entire time. 5-star service!!
Had a very good experience with Jaya during my purchase. She is very professional and straightforward. Definitely 5 star 🌟
Our experience with Jaya from ARK 7 Real Estate in selling our Brookfield investment property was exceptionally positive. Recognizing that the property required substantial improvements to maximize its market value, and given my remote location, Jaya proactively managed every aspect of the preparation. This included skillfully negotiating with various contractors and personally supervising their work to ensure quality and efficiency. We are incredibly impressed with their professionalism, tireless efforts, and the outstanding sales result achieved in a remarkably swift period. We appointed Jaya from The ARK 7 Real Estate to sell our investment property in Brookfield. The house needed a fair bit of TLC before the sale deal could close and since I am not local, Jaya made sure that everything’s been looked after from negotiating with trades to attending the site while trade was carrying out. Really appreciate their hard work and amazing sale result we have achieved in no time. The best real estate agents in Melton City.
