We were so nervous when we decided to purchase our first property as it is a pretty scary and daunting process. We are extremely glad that we came across just the right person at the right time as we were about to give-up. Jaya was very honest, transparent, warm and very open to talk to. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient while answering all queries and never makes one feel stupid for asking her the question. She is so much approachable that we did not have to think twice before giving her a ring. There is not one time where we can think of an unpleasant experience with Jaya and making this whole experience simply incredible. Jaya will work with you to make your desire a reality; she is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there was disagreement about certain verbiage, Jaya was patient and helped me work through it without breaking a sweat. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally “invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and make me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. In addition to that, as a first home buyer, I’m not sure what to expect, what’s good/bad, etc., and she was always so candid and provided her own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what she knows/learned about me. I cannot say enough about my experience with Jaya. She set the highest standards, and truly practices “service above self”. We will eternally be grateful that she helped us find our beautiful home.
