We met a couple of agents before we settled on Jayden. His clear communication, realistic expectations and excellent knowledge of the market were some of the reasons for our choice. If he did not achieve the sale price he suggested, he would lower the commission. We were very happy with that as it assured us he was confident of the suggested sale price. A big plus for us living intestate was that Jayden organised all the updates needed before the sale including painting and all recommendations on the builders report without any stress for us.
