Jaden was so on the ball I had some council issues which Jaden gave me so much advice on and when I was feeling stressed about council and a few other things that came up with the sale he explained how things would work out. and he was write. I was also happy with the price we got for the house.

Originally I was introduced to Jayden through RayWhite Real Estate when I first begun with the initial stages of selling my Kirwan property. It was only a short while after that Jayden had moved to Harcourt's and at the time I was waiting for painting and other maintenance things to be done prior to putting house onto the market. Jayden contacted me some months after to see how I was getting on and I advised that I was still awaiting to have house painted and some other maintenance to be done and Jayden asked if he could assist with the sale. As I had a rapport previously with him I decided to hand the sale over to him. Through the process Jayden always kept in contact with me to assist in any matters that needed attention and solved any issues that came up with regard to the sale. In my opinion he excelled in all areas of customer service which enabled a quick sale of my property which equated to a contract being signed one day after house was put on the market. We were very stubborn with what price we wanted to achieve with the sale of our home, and no other real estate agent was prepared to accept the challenge!!! Except Harcourts!! Due to an unforeseeable circumstance, we lost our original agent and was appointed Jayden in her replacement. First Impression's - "Oh he looks very new/fresh".... Fast forward to now: FANTASTIC Agent, Very Proactive on all fronts, and took this challenge head on without batting an eyelid!! To our relief, Jayden achieved exactly what we wanted and we cannot thank him enough, for his patience and positivity during this process. All in all, it was a rather quick sale, and Jayden maintained contact at all times throughout the stages of sale. If there was a 10 star button - i'd hit it - no hesitation!! Furthermore, not only did Jayden assist with the sale of our property, but he also bent over backwards to help our tenants to find a new home within the current (almost impossible) rental market!!
