In January 2018, we invited a number of local agents to view my parents-in-law un-renovated home. We requested pre-reno and expected post-reno estimates to determine our strategy. This was prior to the current softening real estate market. Of all the agents we requested to view the home, only Jayden spent time sitting and explaining the suburb market, recent sales in the area and what we could potentially expect with renovating. He also pin pointed the two types of potential buyers for this home. Throughout the 10 month renovation project, Jayden was the only agent to maintain contact on a very regular basis. We invited Jayden back a couple of times to view the progress of the renovation and, to also understand the now softening market and plan an adjustment of our final price. We pushed ahead with the renovation and Jayden worked very closely with us to get the home on the market by November 2018. We then left it to Jayden find the right person who wanted to buy the fully renovated house. And, he was successful within three weeks of the house going on the market and Christmas approaching! In our eyes, this was an exceptional result. Apart from his great knowledge of the market, the suburb, the potential buyers and great advice on how we should market the home, he is just an all round great guy. Whilst renovating a home from a distance had its challenges for us, Jayden was a great support throughout the whole process. In addition, his professionalism with the whole sales process we feel was equal for both vendor and buyer. This has to be considered a comforting factor for any buyer.
