The greatest outcome was having complete faith in their process, their team which was shown every day of the 4 week auction campaign in their reporting, frequency of communication, updates on competitive activity in the area. At every step of the process we felt in control and only the very slightest of nerve on the day of auction was felt, but I must say lasted only minutes as the opening bid was almost at our reserve price. A huge crowd watched on as five registered bidders all bid and the team worked hard talking to and chasing every last bid. We have no doubt that any other agent would have stopped the auction at least $30k less than what this team did. We later learned that a very similar home only 300m away had sold at auction 2 hours before our auction at $150k less. Don't trust anyone else but Ray White to sell your home!!
