Jane made herself available to us as we were from out of town. It wasn't her listing but she found a way to get us to view the house. Not knowing the house herself she let us explore and asked questions of us. When it came to negotiations, she underboth our desire and the owners needs and found a happy medium in the middle. She was contactable, kind and always generous with her time.
Jaynes experience, advice and guidance provided reassurance that a positive outcome would be achieved. Her Customer service skills are excellent as is her ability to put people at ease. She is professional, sincere and hardworking.

As Jayne had sold quite a few units in my mum's complex she knew the market perfectly. Jayne suits her chosen field very well her bubbly personality is very catching and she dealt with my Mum extremely well and with respect as she is 94. We could not have asked for anyone better to handle this sale with her experience and knowledge of the unit complex we would certainly recommend her to anyone.

Jayne was very persistent until we put in an offer. I feel that calling people well outside of business hours (7pm at night and 7:30am on a Saturday morning) is a little inappropriate. As soon as the offer was accepted, we didn’t have much, if any contact with her. Not sure if that’s the normal thing that real estate agents do?? We definitely felt pretty ghosted….
Jayne is a great communicator..down to earth and makes everything easy to understand..a wonderful negotiator..always makes time to keep us updated.
