Jayne did advise at the start of the process that sales of units were slow but the sale did take some time which could be slated back to my placing a higher price on the place. Once the price was adjusted the sale was relatively quick. Jayne kept in contact through the process and worked hard to secure the sale despite some issues relating to the tenants.
