My daughter and I were new to the State of QLD let alone the suburb we purchased in so we relied on our agent for honest answers to the questions about safety and security. We were told at least 6 policemen live in our gated complex and it was so secure and safe. Sadly that is not the case, the threats are within the complex.

Very energetic agent. However she was away and we had to deal with Cain. He was great but he is not very responsive with phone call or text. We had issues with the backdoor and front door key and we did not get it resolved despite we had tried to contact Cain few times. We ended up spending more to call Locksmith to change the lock. Not a very happy ending
Jayne contacted me at all times as she said she would. The final sale was negotiated by another agent as Jayne was on leave. The final sale price was below expectation but given we only had two viewer groups view the property the price is reflective of this.
