Very straight forward and easy to work with. Apprecited Jayne's down to earth, honest and effective approach. I like teh way the team around her managed the process, so I could always get hold of someone for information and answers.
The house was perfect. JAYNE made herself available to view with in 15 hours of our enquirey.. we were so very happy with our deal. We will be sure to sell with Jayne when our time arises.

Jayne did a wonderful job with marketing and selling our house given the current market. Easy to talk to and kept in contact with everything that was happening-even if there had been no interest that week.
We hardly dealt with Jayne as she rarely kept in contact. We had to keep calling for information that wasn't freely given. We even had to chase her up about wanting to purchase the property we now have a contract on. I couldn't give a review on her knowledge as nothing was shown to us in that respect. Communication was poor as we haven't heard from her but im sure we will on settlement day. All in all disappointed as myself and Amber had to do all the chasing.
You would be a fool to use anyone else! I would recommend Jayne over everyone. She cares, she is not just selling a house for profit for herself or Page & Pearce, she is looking after your best interest. She is honest with her recommendations for price, which many other agents aren't. I was kept up to date weekly by Jayne and her assistant Lynn which made the stress of selling less stressing. Their support and guidance is still much appreciated. Page & Pearce are awesome! They have a fantastic team, professional and friendly and they support each other. I wish that Page & Pearce were the agents for the house I purchased.............less stress guaranteed and honesty plus.

They both have great knowledge and explained everything to me several times with great patience. I would not hesitate to recommend either of them to any of my friends.
