Jane was friendly however felt her communication lacked. I contacted to try an put in an offer for a property but with no contact I had to email the office and ask if anyone could assist me. I felt Jane could of been more proactive in helping me submit an offer as I was doing everything I could to try and put my offer in. Negotiations from the seller weren’t shown on contract and again I was always the one to check in as I wouldn’t hear from her for a while.
