Jayne was amazing easy to deal with and got the property sold

We engaged Page and Pearce after our conversation with Jayne, who was very relational and engaging. At first it seemed to be a positive experience. Once our contract was signed Jayne phoned and proceeded to tell me that the unit photos were disgusting, unless we did a complete over haul on our unit we would need to lower our sale price significantly. Jayne indicated the listing was ready to go but she was reluctant to list. I found this contradicting to the conversations we had previously had regarding our unit value. I sent Jayne an email and told her that we would like to list at the agreed price we signed our contract for. This email was ignored and our unit was not listed for at least another week. We actually found our own buyer before the unit was listed. But still have to pay commission for what I would disprove as poor service.
