Great local knowledge and strong sales focus

Jayne did a fantastic job of securing an off market sale for our unit in Broadbeach. She had remained in touch with us for several years before bringing us an offer that after a short negotiation we accepted. Through the processs she was very professional and responsive with great knowledge of the current market.

I was not given accurate information abouty the unit I was sold

There was no accurate information on the condition of the unit. I was led to believe the unit was air conditioned but not told it was not all working. In my experience from previous property dealings descriptions were accurate but an agent should know and disclose what needed repair before the sale is made. Jayne did not do this which was very dissapointing. so I can't really recommend Jane as someone I would use again, very dissapointing.

A huge thank you !

We purchased a property from Jayne - 3 years ago. We decided to sell the apartment as we already had purchased another one . The pressure was on ! Thanks to Jayne and her amazing knowledge of the market, her friendly yet very professional approach, we managed to sell it in no time. Jayne constantly contacted us, with updates on potential buyers and feedback - which I believe is so important when selling. A huge thank you to Jayne for getting us over the line.
