Jayne did a fantastic job of securing an off market sale for our unit in Broadbeach. She had remained in touch with us for several years before bringing us an offer that after a short negotiation we accepted. Through the processs she was very professional and responsive with great knowledge of the current market.
There was no accurate information on the condition of the unit. I was led to believe the unit was air conditioned but not told it was not all working. In my experience from previous property dealings descriptions were accurate but an agent should know and disclose what needed repair before the sale is made. Jayne did not do this which was very dissapointing. so I can't really recommend Jane as someone I would use again, very dissapointing.
We purchased a property from Jayne - 3 years ago. We decided to sell the apartment as we already had purchased another one . The pressure was on ! It is nearly one month since the selling of our unit and one issue has not been resolved. The matter of a tv that was left on the bedroom wall as a result of hurrying to leave premises on time the day of settlement. (During Bluesfeast and lots of lift disruptions and traffic slowing the moving process down) The removalists forgot to take it off the wall and we noticed on unpacking at the other end that the tv was missing. We contacted Ms Jayne Lofthouse straight away as she knew the tv was not mentioned on the contract. Herself, the clients solicitor and the new owner will not assist us to get our tv back. We want this matter sorted without extra expense to all parties.

I found Jayne to be highly professional and proactive . I had to fly interstate to view the property which we bought and she was easy to communicate with, honest and reliable . She has a lovely manner and has been most helpful subsequent to the sale .. approachable and present and certainly knows the market . Overall so far a good experience .
