Buying and selling through Jayson Edwards has been such a wonderful experience. We first met Jayson at an open house and made an offer on the property he had for sale, only to miss out to another buyer who offered more than us. Jayson kept me up to date with their contract just in case it became available again but that didn't end up happening - the sale went through. After a couple of weeks, Jayson got back in touch with me to check in and see how our house hunting was going. I told him about a home that I had fallen in love with but that home was taken off the market just after we made an offer on it. We were told that the owners didn't want to sell anymore. I don't know how he did it, but Jayson got them to agree to a figure that we were a little bit scared by. Although we were scared, he assured us that if we trusted in his strategy and followed the process we'd come out on top. We agreed and signed contracts for the purchase as well as the sale of our home with him. And come out on top we did! Within the first week we had 3 written offers and Jayson even travelled up and down the coast on that Sunday to make sure we secured the contract on our place.... for $20,500 more than other agents quoted us in their appraisal! We're in our dream home now and our children finally have their own rooms and play room, a big backyard with a pool and loads of their school friends in our street.
