Jayson was an excellent agent, we had listed our house with another agency and at the time didn’t need a quick sale, though we put an offer on another property so the urgency to sell increased! Jayson wanted to help us sell the property quicker so listed our house for us! His marketing was amazing and his motivation to sell was massive! Within a short timeframe he had a buyer and had a contract good to go! After 4 months trying and nearly giving up on selling, our finance broker referred us on to Jayson Edwards to see if he could make a difference in our campaign. What a difference! Really glad the way things turned out with this house. This is my second purchase but my partner's first. We're about to get married and wanted to move in before going overseas for our wedding. We were wrapped with the level of communication and the good service that Jayson gave us. From when we first saw the house up until handing over the keys (and even afterwards) he has always checked in with us and given us plenty of time to make sure things would go smoothly. After the contract was signed and all the dates were chosen, we had to shuffle a few things around. Jayson made it happen quickly and easily and it almost felt like it was all too good to be true. Buying and selling through Jayson Edwards has been such a wonderful experience. We first met Jayson at an open house and made an offer on the property he had for sale, only to miss out to another buyer who offered more than us. Jayson kept me up to date with their contract just in case it became available again but that didn't end up happening - the sale went through. After a couple of weeks, Jayson got back in touch with me to check in and see how our house hunting was going. I told him about a home that I had fallen in love with but that home was taken off the market just after we made an offer on it. We were told that the owners didn't want to sell anymore. Jayson and I spoke a bit more over the phone and he left me with an "I'll see what I can do to get you that house" and I really didn't think anything else would come of it. Turns out, Jayson went around to visit the owners that Saturday and set up a meeting for the following week to discuss their options and to see if they would revisit our offer if we were able to increase the price. I don't know how he did it, but Jayson got them to agree to a figure that we were a little bit scared by. Although we were scared, he assured us that if we trusted in his strategy and followed the process we'd come out on top. We agreed and signed contracts for the purchase as well as the sale of our home with him. And come out on top we did! Within the first week we had 3 written offers and Jayson even travelled up and down the coast on that Sunday to make sure we secured the contract on our place.... for $20,500 more than other agents quoted us in their appraisal! We're in our dream home now and our children finally have their own rooms and play room, a big backyard with a pool and loads of their school friends in our street.
