I found Jitender absolutely amazing throughout the sale of my apartment. He was kind, caring , informative and a pleasure to deal with. He understands the maker and he made every effort to reach a win/win outcome for me. He kept me updated after every open house and provided constant feedback about buyers and what was taking place . I had a wonderful experience and could not recommend Jitender highly enough . Thank you for your excellent service.

Jit has been very persistent and consistent agent as far as our property went. He helped us from start to end and got us the price we wanted. He has been our agent for all our properties along with Atul another star. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a successful agency to look after them from start to finish
Atul and Jitender are 2 Champions in this space. We bought our investment property from them 3 yrs ago and since then the level of professionalism and work ethics they followed was amazing. Recently when we decided to upgrade our living property we choose AB Properties as we fully trusted them and we were confident that they will do the right thing and get the right price for our property. These 2 guys don’t do 8AM – 5PM work like others they work 24 HRs to get you the right buyer. They had the right strategy and great knowledge in real estate. We always had regular communication, quick follow-up and above all we had a very professional experience. They got us the price we were looking. Very happy buyer and seller. Viswenth & Prithi

After having unsuccessfully engaged couple of top local agents to sell my property, I was referred to AB Property agent. I found them to be well structured and organised. They successfully got a offer through a lot of hard work and preserverence which I had accepted. I would not have any hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
