Jeet worked with great enthusiasm to expose the property widely. He followed up any potential buyers, presenting the potential of the property persuasively. Despite buyers keen to drive prices down, he created competition by keeping a handful of buyers engaged and interested. I cannot fault his efforts. Final sale price was below initial expectations but well above bank valuation; an excellent result in this market.
