I first met Jeff when he show me through a house about 10 years ago and he was very good then. So I though I would try him again to sell a house. He sold the house for more than I wanted and ended up a good result. I didn't have any problems he gave good advice but I did have to be a little patient to get the price I wanted and by doing that ended up with more in my pocket.
