My wife and I chose Jeff without even thinking about testing the water with another agent, being based in Geelong West for as long as I have known, there is absolutely nobody else I would recommend to sell through in the Geelong West area. Somewhat surprised at Jeffs belief that the garden was not important at the property he sold for us. Initial stated value prior to sale was somewhat overstated. He gave us an estimate of what were were likely to achieve, then denied that he had estimated that sale price.
