We were given very good advice on what to repair, etc in our unit prior to sale. The overall result at the auction was very pleasing and in line with what Jeff was saying may happen in terms of values. They appear to have marketed the property well prior to auction.
Jeff was great to deal with and always kept us in the loop although it wasn't on the market for very long we sold our property in less than 2 weeks .
Jeff is a fantastic agent. I've used his services three times now, purchasing a property with him in 2013 and selling two properties in 2016. When making my first home purchase in 2013, Jeff went above and beyond, showing me personally upwards of 10 properties until we found the right one. Now in 2016 it came time to sell that same property, which Jeff spared no time or expense to ensure I achieved the best possible price. The home was opened every weekend for numerous weeks and Jeff personally showed clients through at least 5 times. In the end I achieved the price I wanted to achieve and sold prior to auction. I also listed a family members luxury property with Jeff, which although was a difficult property to sell (due to the niche market it would appeal to), Jeff again ended up selling the property for us prior to auction. I could not recommend Jeff enough to purchase a property through or sell your property. You can be assured that Jeff will invest the necessary time into you and your property and understand your goals and priorities. A1 service that is highly recommended.
