He sold our Mermaid Beach property within the first week for better than expected price. He never pressured us to purchase additional services; we followed his recommendations (after some initial resistance) and paid for professional photos, free listing in Professionals weekly mailout, but no R.E. listing; still sold in 1 week for higher than expected). We would always choose a local, real real-estate agent/agency above internet-based where property was concerned; we believe they are still better value and the % sale commission is well-earned.
