He was not at all pushy, yet attentive enough to keep our interest and respectfully enquire as to our thoughts on the property. Nothing was a problem, nor any inspection request refused. Always prompt with replies to questions or requests, he managed to get the right balance of looking after the vendor's interests, at the same time understand the issues of the buyer, leading both sides to a satisfactory outcome.
