A better way to sell or buy. Started off with another agent looking to auction. Over 6 weeks drawn out, not reflecting the market. All this put doubts in my head. Took home off market. Contacted Jeff Pickering in first instance by phone - no pressure, understood where I was in the sale process and previous frustration. About a month later met with Jeff at his office. He literally put examples of previous sales on the table and understood comparing my home with similar. My analogy was apples for apples, not apples for oranges.
