Jeff and his staff were excellent throughout the sales process. Jeff and his team kept me informed, were always highly professional and engaging. Jeff's dedication, quick responses ability to take the initiative and keep all parties informed was extremely helpful. Overall, Jeff is an excellent agent with a lot of experience and was supported by exceptional staff. I highly recommend Jeff as a property agent.

Right from our first meeting with Jeff Pickering we felt comfortable and confident with our decision to have him and his team market our late mother's property. Jeff's knowledge, experience (since 2007) in the industry and drive to achieve an excellent price was undoubted to us as he explained the sales process and the Jenman standards of client service and guarantee. Jeff was always receptive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble for him. Jeff has great negotiating skills and kept us informed all through the process to achieve an early sale at an excellent price. Jeff has our gratitude for making the sales process worry free for us. We have no hesitation in recommending Jeff and his team as he will be our first call should we consider future sale of our own properties.

Jeff was very professional and explained everything in an easy way. We are so happy with the result of the sale

Jeff Pickering and Jack Smith stepped in after another agent couldn't achieve results for us. Their combined efforts and total commitment resulted in a remarkable off-market sale. We highly recommend the Arthur Conias Ashgrove team!

Very approachable, got back to me in a timely manner and always answered all my questions. Had lots of local knowledge. Very friendly and amicable.

Dealing with Arthur Conias has been fantastic, all the way through from initial contact to celebrating the sale. Jeff has been honest, a great communicator and showed an excellent understanding of the Ashgrove context. All marketing was paid for and each step of the process was easy. Highly recommend.

Jeff was very good to deal with. Professional and attentive.

Jeff managed the sale of our property extremely well. We were very happy with the process and result.

If it is a professional to whom does their home work on the product area and price I found Jeff to be practise what he preached he connecting the buyer to my home in no time with little negotiating as Jeff to get the price for my home

Jeff's market knowledge is second to none. I originally bought the unit through him so I had previous experience as a buyer. His market knowledge, knowledge of procedures, advice, and communications were of the highest order. So there was never any doubt that I would use his services when it came time to sell.

Jeff Pickering and Erin Inzitari recently sold my Ashgrove property, unit 2 /52 Dalmore St Ashgrove and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. They’ve sold properties for me previously, and I’ve always been beyond satisfied with the results. This time was no different—they secured a great price and took care of the marketing costs. Their expertise and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When it comes to selling in Ashgrove, Jeff and Erin are my go-to team!

We recently bought a house sold by Jeff and had a great experience. We'd been looking for a while and were getting pretty tired of the games some real estate agents play so we found Jeff's straight forward approach and good communication refreshing. It was also clear he was going above and beyond for the seller. We will more than likely be using his services when we sell our old property in the coming months.
