We approached Jeff, by phone, tentatively seeking as to whether or not he would undertake selling our unit for us. The unit was not located within the ‘Paddington area’, and let’s be honest, there are many units on the market right now, particularly in the Gaythorne/Enoggera area, let alone in our actual street.
