We recently had the pleasure of working with Jem from Little Real Estate and we are extremely happy with the level of service we received throughout the entire home-buying process. Highly recommended!

Jem was fantastic in helping us sell our property and when the initial buyer's finance fell through - Jem communicated with us every step of the way. She was proactive in remarketing the property and also reaching out to the potential buyers who were interested the first time around. Amazingly she was able to get the second offer within a week and I am pleased to say this was even better than the first one. I would highly recommend Jem to anyone looking to sell in the Springfield area

Jem the superstar....very honest and straight to the deal, no muck around. I would highly recommend if you are looking to buy from her...

Jem did a wonderful job, allowing us to review out of open house times, keeping us informed all the way, and being open and honest when negotiating. A rare find.

I particularly appreciated the way Jem took into account the specific issues related to our property and how these affected the sale process: and the clear way she explained these to me.
