Jem has been a wonderful experience for us. Not only was she knowledgeable of the area and the property, she managed to get us a better price than we were expecting. We would recommend Jem to anyone wishing to sell a property. Thanks for all you achieved, Bob and Ken.

Jem has been amazing in helping my wife and I secure our first home. She's quick to update as well as answer any queries we had. Her personability and character make her very easy to communicate and work with also!
Can’t speak highly enough of Jem. Great communication throughout the process of selling our property in Redbank Plains. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Sold off market achieving a great price that we were highly delighted with. We absolutely recommend Jem to anyone looking to sell a property in the area.
Jem, was fantastic with helping us sell our property, even though we lived states apart the sale went along smoothly and we were informed every step of the way. We would use Jem again if we need to sell property
There were some time wasting potential buyers involved in our sale which was frustrating at times. Jem was able to manage them and filter out the buyers with the best potential and achieved a price in our preferred range. She had an excellent knowledge of the market in the area and dealt with the buyers negotiations to keep the process on track for a quick settlement.
I thoroughly recommend Jem. She is a pleasure to work with, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was forthcoming with any advice, was a great liaison with property managers, lawyers and tenants and was always available to answer any questions. She secured a buyer extremely quickly at a great price we were happy with. She took all the stress out of selling our property and just made everything happen seamlessly. I can't thank you enough Jem.
Jem recently listed and sold my investment property and achieved a fantastic result for me. I am based in Melbourne but felt completely comfortable throughout the process as the level of knowledge, communication, enthusiasm and great advice provided was absolutely first class. I couldn’t recommend Jem highly enough!

My experience with Jem was so good. She is very professional and communicate very well. She helps us a lot with our purchase. Definitely I will recommend to my friends. Thank you Jem
We were buying a property in Greenbank and Jem was the sellers agent. She was very processional and nailed every piece of information in terms of what a buyer would want to know. She was very transparent on the sellers expectations and highlighted all the positives regarding the property. Upon signing of contract by us Jem continued to assist us with all the enquiries we had and was a really good conduit between ourselves and the seller which was helpful for us to communicate on any discrepancies we had noticed in the pre settlement inspections. I would give Jem more than 5 stars on her attitude, engagement, professionalism and the level of care she showed. I would recommend her highly.
