No doubt it's a difficult time for the housing market now, and sometime buyers could be very hard to handle, besides your tenants could behave poorly. As an interstate investor all those gave me headache but Jem was here to rescue. Jem worked tireless to persuade the tenants to follow the vacating routine, negociated a good deal with the buyer and handled the niddy griddy chores of maintenance work and communicate amone all parties before the settlement.
