There was an issue with the Building inspection and I was bit nervous to go ahead. But Jem had arranged the trades man to investigate the issue and sort it out the issue within few days. Being an interstate investor, it is bit difficult to get the right deal without visiting the property. But being Jem as sales manager, I found it easy to take the right decision. Through out the process, Jem has showed her professionalism and I found that she was upright and honest in her words.
