No doubt it's a difficult time for the housing market now, and sometime buyers could be very hard to handle, besides your tenants could behave poorly. As an interstate investor all those gave me headache but Jem was here to rescue. Jem worked tireless to persuade the tenants to follow the vacating routine, negociated a good deal with the buyer and handled the niddy griddy chores of maintenance work and communicate amone all parties before the settlement. Jem was exceptional for enabling me to purchase the property. She is a good communicator and she answered all my queries. There was an issue with the Building inspection and I was bit nervous to go ahead. But Jem had arranged the trades man to investigate the issue and sort it out the issue within few days. Being an interstate investor, it is bit difficult to get the right deal without visiting the property. But being Jem as sales manager, I found it easy to take the right decision. Through out the process, Jem has showed her professionalism and I found that she was upright and honest in her words.
