Jemma has a great knowledge of the Coorong Quays area as we purchased a block on Wentworth Parade from her in 2016 at a great price where we going to build our retirement home. However we kept looking around for building ideas and always seeing her at open inspections where we eventuall decided that if an existing house met our needs we would buy instead of building.
