Jemma worked tirelessly in an exceptionally slow market to achieve a result. It wasn't quite what we wanted, but it was on par with expectations. Not an investors paradise, but a win for retirees and families living and working in the area. It's a very relaxed lifestyle. The Island has enormous potential, and we had some good times in the area since Jemma sold the villa to us a decade ago. Still have a foot in Brittania Parade.

Jemma showed her experience and knowledge in the sale of the property as above. Easy to communicate with and was able to answer all our questions . I would like to mention that we were disappointed regarding the presentation of the property at settlement. Items were left in wardrobes ,clothes ,shoe,dishes in dishwashers ,in kitchen cupboards and apparently as per owner things had been stolen , sadly for us not replaced. I had spoken to Jemma about it when she rang and I did say to her that the there was a time factor for us to organise a house inspector so I guess we have to wear that about the lights and switches . The past experience with our Real estate agent had organised an inspection with us on our house/garden before leaving to make sure everything was presented well and in order which is great thats how I would have like it ,only respective to the new owners.
