I interviewed Jemma for the first time just after my father's funeral. She was very understanding then. Another point in her favour was that she lived locally and would pass my father's house frequently. This was important because as soon as the initial clearing-out was done there would be no-one living at the house. Once I went with Harcourts and the open homes began Jemma would phone me in Townsville afterwards. I especially liked the weather reports - from them I could gauge the level of interest. Jemma came into her own when the negotiations started with the eventual purchaser. She kept me fully informed and encouraged a deal where both parties are happy.
