From the very beginning of our process, we knew we were in the best hands possible having Jemma as our sales agent. Jemma was simply a pleasure to deal with. At every stage of the process of buying this property, she was always professional, knowledgeable and very sympathetic of our needs. Every question we had was promptly answered. Even after the purchase, she helped us in so many ways. We have a disabled son and needed various modifications completed for his wheelchair before we could move in, and she arranged to have all the work done for us! She even connected us with a person who could build us a chicken coop for our chickens so it would be there for us when we moved in!
