Jen’s manner in dealing with people is first class. Understands what you want, offers suggestions if suitable or needed and liked to have a shared plan. Importantly for us she was really easy to get on with and communicate with ( we changed our needs a few times!). Whilst obviously we’ll skilled in the sales side of it Jen always kept it to the point and realistic. Her local market knowledge is first class and utilises that to great effect. When dealing with several buyers at once she displayed an open fairness to all and provided us with rational and thought out recommendations.

As sellers of a rental property who reside interstate we placed all our trust in our sales agent and Jen did not let us down. She was easy to contact and would respond ASAP if not available at the time, she did so much for us that wouldn’t normally be her role including, small jobs we could not (ie collected keys from our rental agent) and gave ‘no frills’ information and advice. It was exactly what we needed not living in the same state.
