Jen was good until settlement day when she gave my set of three house keys to the purchasers much earlier than the time and confirmation of settlement on that day

Jen’s manner in dealing with people is first class. Understands what you want, offers suggestions if suitable or needed and liked to have a shared plan. Importantly for us she was really easy to get on with and communicate with ( we changed our needs a few times!). As sellers of a rental property who reside interstate we placed all our trust in our sales agent and Jen did not let us down. She was easy to contact and would respond ASAP if not available at the time, she did so much for us that wouldn’t normally be her role including, small jobs we could not (ie collected keys from our rental agent) and gave ‘no frills’ information and advice.
