Pleasant to deal with, gets the job done

I needed to do something with my property but was unsure in today's softening market whether I could achieve a reasonable price. Jen discussed with me her thoughts on the marketing program, which I felt may have been "too expensive", particularly if we did not sell. Nevertheless, she instilled in me some confidence to go with her recommendations....as her experience and knowledge far outweighed my knowledge of the property market. So off we went, and during the 5 week program, I was supplied with both verbal and written feedback/updates of every open day and potential purchaser visits. As well as this, I was given updates of how the marketing program was running via both REA and Domain. Up until the time of the auction, I felt that everything that could be done had been done....and whether the property sold or not on the day was irrelevant in terms of the process we had been through. On auction day, Jen was also the auctioneer and did a great job in achieving the result. Everything came together in the end as Jen delivered on her hard work and expertise with the City Point complex.
