Hello, Recently I engaged Jen Lin Lau from Ray White Southbank, to sell my apartment at 109 Clarendon Street in Southbank. I hadn’t met Jen previously but was impressed from the time I first spoke to her on the phone and again when I met her at the Ray White Office. My apartment was 4 ½ years old and I knew I wouldn’t receive what I originally paid for it in the current market, but Jen was positive about achieving the best possible outcome for me – and she did. Her communication throughout this process was outstanding, I was never left wondering what happened with OFI’s and feedback was relayed to me constantly and consistently. She did a great job negotiating the eventual sale price and I was certainly aware that she always had my best interests at heart, while being fair to the purchaser as well. She has a great attitude and a great personality and above all, she was very honest with me from the start. Honesty is extremely important to me and I have nothing but praise for Jen’s character. I’ve been in real estate myself for almost 37 years so I’ve seen a lot of salespeople during that time and Jen is certainly one of the ‘good guys’! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jen’s services to any purchaser or vendor and in fact have already done that. I will continue to refer friends and family to Jen, wherever possible and I will certainly be using her again myself with the sale of other property.
